Brian is a New York-based Director, Creative Director, and Designer with over two decades of experience spanning architecture, film, animation, immersive installations, and brand storytelling. His passion for design and visual exploration is evident in the diverse range of work he’s created across disciplines and platforms.
With a background in Architecture and Civil Engineering, Brian began his career at the offices of Frank Gehry and Coop Himmelblau in Los Angeles. He soon transitioned into set design for film and music videos, before moving into the worlds of 3D animation and visual effects. His work has taken him to top-tier studios including Sony Imageworks, Cinesite, DreamWorks, Nickelodeon, Digital Domain, and Framestore - where he helped bring to life everything from animated features to cinematic commercials and immersive media experiences.
Brian has designed environments and media for museum and theater projects alike, contributing to exhibits for institutions such as the CDC and the Smithsonian, as well as theatrical productions including Frank Sinatra: His Voice, His World, His Way and Legally Blonde. He is known for his ability to lead creative teams, collaborate across disciplines, and bring complex visions to life with clarity and style.
In the commercial and digital space, Brian has directed and designed content across broadcast, digital, and social platforms for a wide array of global brands, including L.L.Bean, Verizon, ESPN, Google, Motorola, Hertz, Bulwark, Lean Cuisine, Ritz, CDW, Emerson, Hyundai, Focus Features, Target, HBO, Capital One, Tiffany & Co., The New York Times, Wells Fargo, and more.
Whether working by hand or digitally, Brian is constantly exploring new visual ideas. His personal design work is an ongoing pursuit, driven by a lifelong love of creativity and innovation.
